We are unfortunately unable to accept any returns of Books, Cassettes, Videos, DVD's &  Software, due to the nature of the products. These items maybe replaced only with the exact same item in the instance of a manufacturing fault where the manufacturer, prior to return, authorizes a replacement of the goods.

Upon completing the returns form you will then be sent a Returns Authorization No. by e-mail. Do Not return any item without this number.
