I have one of these already, I bought elesewhere, seemed small but it stretched and fits quite well. Can these stretch comfortably to 59cm?

Finally arrived. Perfect fit and not too tight like other versions. Unfortunately it has a hole in the seam, which looks it might be fixable... It keeps saying I havent bought this tiem, but my order says its this one and its same as pictured so..
