I plan to use this item during my hospital stay since I will be unable to use my travel prayer mat w/compass. I will have to remember to take the direction finder pamphlet with me.

it's on a keyring so this is very handy. My only slight concern is that it takes a little while to figure the direction of the Kibla, maybe because I haven't used a campus before but other than that quite good.

Is that shows accurate qibla location?

Asalaamu Alaikum,
It shows the direction of North and from there you can ascertain the direction of the camber.
