How to Use:
It is quite delicate. Please ensure that it rotates on its axis freely. Then place on the floor away from any metallic objects and wait for the needle to settle. Then slowly turn until the needle points to the desired no. of your town. Once the needle settles on the number, the printed arrow on the base of the compass points to the qibla, inshallah.

I bought one Compass about 3months back, that was fine. I have ordered the other and it was defective, when I contacted back to Customer Service via an eMail, they have sent a replacement, this was perfect, I hope 'SimplyIslam' will maintain the quality and Customer Service in future, as they did this time.

Funny when I checked the manual, I noticed the degrees for my city is 39 in English and 24 in Arabic. Looking for other cities, same story, Arabic and English are not the same.
The campus works fine as a device. but you need to check your city's degrees form a reliable source first :-) |

I purchased this compass last year and used it to find qibla in my house. This year I went for Hajj and purchased a different qibla compass and the qibla shown by this new compass is in a completely different (almost opposite) direction from the one given by this one! Which one is correct? I don't know!!! |

I have recently shifted to U.S.A and I was looking for kaba direction on intenet and there I found that the directin is not north-east-north its south-east-south????
