Two of the Divine Attributes of Allah ?????? ? ????? often mentioned in the Quran are that of Mercy and Forgiveness. Allah ?????? ? ????? mentions that man has been created weak and it is natural for him to sin. However, Allah ?????? ? ????? has left open the door of repentance for those who falter. Allah ?????? ? ????? loves those who sin and upon realisation immediately repent sincerely and in doing so they may attain closeness to Allah ?????? ? ????? . The conditions for forgiveness to be accepted are discussed therein.

Is the understanding of Deen as simple as picking up a copy of an English transalation of the Quran or a book of hadeeth and interpreting it oneself as is understood by many of us today. Our Beloved Prophet ??? ???? ???? ? ??? once said as part of a longer hadeeth related by Sayyiduna Abdullah Ibnu Abbas ??? ???? ??? and recorded by Imam Tirmidhi 'he who speaks with regards to the Quran according to his own opinion then let him prepare his abode in the fire.' We remain indebted to our pious predecessors in particular to the four great Imams and leaders of the authentic schools of thought, who concluded that withour perfect understanding and spiritual gudance one cannot obtain true comprehension of Deen.

The simple truth is that Allah is One the All Knowing. He begets not nor is He begotten. All things are created by Him and submit to Him alone.
