All praise is for Allaah, the Rabb of the entire universe who blessed us with a complete, easy and comprehensive Deen-ulIslaam as explained by His last and final Rasul, Hadhrat Muhammad (S.A.W) upon whom be countless Durood and Salaam. Peace be on the Sahaabah (R.A) who practised, preached and presented in Deen.
"Taharat (Purity) made easy" is a compilation of easy to understand laws based on the text of the famous book "NurulEzza" by Sheikh Abul Iklaas Hassan-ul-Wafai Shurumbulihi Hanafi (R.A) with necessary additions from other commentaries of the text.
This book can be used as a revision text for adults and senior Madressah classes. It is also handy for those who have newly accepted the Deen of Islaam.
Kindly make Duaa that Allaah Ta'ala accepts this book just as He has accepted its original.
This book contains Islamic Teachings regarding the Hijri Twelve Months. It also recalls the festivals and points out the wrong customs that are associated with it and have become part of some people's lives. The book also tells us of the injunctions of Islam concerning these months, for instance, how to behave in the month of fasting, rulings on different matters, etc.
This book is a must for every Muslim. And because it deals with the Twelve Islamic Months, it is useful everyday, the year round. It is like a ready reckoner and a reference book.
What is more the book is very authentic because it is the pen of a great authority that has composed it. That great authority is none other than Mawlana Mufti Abdul Karim who was a Mufti at Thana Bhawan and a Khalifah of Mawlana Ashraf Ali Thanavi.
The Urdu Book is rendered into English by the late Iqbal Hussain Ansari an acknolwdge linguish who had great command over Arabic, Urdu and English.
Darul Isha'at has continued its tradition of presenting readers with authentic books.
This book of Imam Faqih Abul Layth Samarqandi, Tanbihul Ghafileen is in your hands. It is made up of two parts and consists of pithy counsel, quotations from Quran and Hadith, examples from lives of the Sahabah(ra) and their successors and the Men of Allah. It has been well-received by the ulama and now its English translation is presented to the readers.
It is a great honour for us that we have been able to publish this book. About 12 years ago, a member of the Da'wah, Dr. Muhsin, presently in Baltimore USA, had consented to translate it and he began the task.
However, because his engagement with Da'wah mission, he could not complete it. Recently, our honourable friend Mufti Afzal Husain Elias translated some portion of it. Because it was incomplete, full benefit could not be derived from it. With the permission of the respected Mufti, we have published some more books and they have gained acclaim.
Our translation of this book is complete and we received great help from the translation of Mufti Elias. Hence, we are grateful to him.
We have included the Arabic text of the Quran and A hadith. A glossary and an index are appended. These things make the book more useful.
May Allah approve our effort and enable us to publish it sincerely. Ameen

This book answers forcefully the criticism
of orientalists who spare no opportunity to
accuse Islam of Human Rights violation. But,
infect, Islam itself determined Human Rights and the Prophet's life is an example of its working.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is plagiarised from the sermon of Hajjat ul Wada which the Prophet (pbuh) gave us 1400 years ago. The sermon is taken point by point and compared with the Charter.
May Allah reward the author for his untiring efforts in this regard.
We have always occupied ourselves in
presenting scholarly books on Islamic

in the field of seerah too.

FOREWARD: There is no dearth of books on the subject of taqleed and ijtihad, and I had no idea that I would be writing anything on it. However, certain reasons compelled me to write down this treatise.
When, in 1963, the editor of Faran, Mahir ul-Qadri, suggested that I should contribute on article on taqleed, I was disinclined to engage in debate on the question, as, indeed, my respected father, Mawlana Mufti Muhammad Shafi, always kept himself away from it. However, I acceded to his request in the hope that I might explain the issue and invite the warring parties to think coolly and cease to argue.
Praise belongs to Allah, the article was well received when it was published in May 1963, in the Faran, and several other magazines of India and Pakistan and some Muslims of Junagadh reprinted it published it in the form of a booklet.
Nevertheless, though I had avoided a debate on the issue, the people, who disavow tagleed and reject that the imams of ijtihad should be followed responded with heavy criticism, Mawlana Muhammad Isma'il Salfi was one of them. His criticism was published in al-I'tisam in its thirteen issues and then annexed to his book Tahreek Azadi-e-Fikr our Shah Waliullah ki Tajdeedi Masa'I ..
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
Praise belongs to Allah who is Sufficient.
And peace be on His chosen slaves.
To proceed! Praise belongs to Allah. again, praise belongs to Allah. During my pilgrimage. I was enabled to read the book Irshaad al sari ila manaasik by Mulla Ali Qari again and again.
Before concluding the book, Allamah Qutubudd- in al Hannah has presented a collection of supplications made during Hajj and Umrah, and the seventy Istighfaar are among them. Their origin is attributed to Sayyidina Hasan Basri .It is recommended that the seventy Istighfaar may be offered during a pilgrim's stay at Mina and during Tahajjud prayers It is also stated in a narrative that Sayyidina Ali

Maulana Muhammad Usman has written Hadiya-e- Khawateen. He has explained in detail the issues relating to Haid, Nafas and Istihadah which women face but most of the Muslim women are unaware of these issues.
I have not been able to read the whole book, but have read some parts and found them to be correct.
May Allah Ta'ala cause Muslim women to observe the commands of religion. And may He cause this book to have wide acclaim and may He let the author grow in knowledge and deeds and have a sound health.
Foreword by Maulana Muhammed Yusuf
Allah, has created man and woman as couples so that they may effectively assist each other to lead their lives in a manner that pleases Allah. The blessing of leading such a life will be prosperity and happiness in this world coupled with delight when standing before Allaah on the Day of Qiyaamah. As a result of this, eternal happiness in Jannah will be secured. However, this can be achieved only when both husband and wife
fulfil each other's rights with the intention of pleasing Allah.
Furthermore, the basis for preserving love and affection between the couple depends more on the wisdom, tolerance and pleasant-naturedness of the wife. A pleasant and good-natured wife easily converts a home of this world into a garden of Jannah. On the contrary, a miserable and ill-natured wife can turn a home into a pit of Jahannam. Not only does she suffer the consequences of her behaviour. but so does the husband together with both their families
My good friend, Maulana Mufti Muhammed Haneef (may Allah keep him in peace) has written this book so that married couples may glean from its light and create an atmosphere of love, compassion and serenity in their homes. In doing this, they will be blessed with the bounties of the Aakhirah. I have perused through some parts of the book and hope that the rest of the book is also as correct.
May Allah make the book beneficial to the Ummah.
The first phase of human life, which is called childhood, is undoubtedly, the golden period of life and memories of this period last to the last moments of life.
This is the time of storms, enthusiasm and urges It is in this period that habits are formed and deformed and one passes a restless life with the force of emotions and passions. And this is the period when a person is governed by sentiments and sexual urges and hence lives a life overpowered by anxieties and complexes. Now. if in such a disturbing situations he is left without proper guidance, his future life may shatter into pieces by dashing against the rock of reality.
But there are moments when a father cannot go along with his son nor a teacher can keep with his pupils. And as a result of this, the poor youth finds himself in a situation when he has to choose his own course of activities. But a few steps forward he starts thinking that he is going astray. He finds the axiom: "Youth is maddening" perfectly true and this very feeling leaves him in the lurch.
I have, from my long experience arrived at the conclusion that in no period of life an individual needs more guidance in his mental,
f spiritual and moral spheres than during his youth. But, unfortunately, there is great dearth of literature on this topic, and whatever we find is not suitably written with the result it utterly fails to arouse moral and psychological sense of righteousness and dutifulness. A few books on this subject are so tastel...read more
All praise to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds! And prayers and peace to the Chief of the Messengers, the Imam of the Devout, the Last of the Prophets, Muhammad, and to his family, companions, and followers!
To proceed: The poor, lowly, weakest of the slaves of Allah, (Who is the All-Powerful, the Creator) Abdul Haqq son of Saif-ud-Deen, son of Sadullah al-Bukhari, of Delhi said;
This is a book entitled The Perfection of Faith and Fortification of Conviction in which explanation is given of the doctrines of Islam and the foundations of the faith according to the Orthodox Way; including useful lessons, subtle meanings, and clear exposition designed, Allah willing, to affect the heart and strengthen the light of certainty within the innermost being.
I have written this book for every true believer and seeker of truth, and have confined myself to explaining only authentic doctrines without having recourse to the false and meaningless opinions of deviants. I have not employed the methods of argumentation and debate, nor have I mentioned the proofs of the theologists or the hair-splitting of the philosophers, in order that the reader
There are only two ways of passing the- life in this world-one according to one's own understanding and the other according to the guidance provided by God. Both these ways are extant in the human life right from the days of Adam who was the first man to come down to this world. But experience shows that, on the spiritual side, the former has always led the human life to Polytheism i.e. worship of several gods or goddesses, or Atheism i.e. point blank denial of the existence of God; and, on the material side, to exploitation of the masses by few rich persons of the society as in case of Capitalism, or to taking over of all the wealth and resources of income by the State to the total deprivation of the entire population of the country as in case of Communism. Thus spiritually as well as materially the human life has suffered in as much as neither the peace and purity of heart and soul could be achieved in this world nor is there any hope of comfort in the next.
On the contrary the latter way of living, i.e. the way based on the guidance provided by God Himself through His Prophets, has always proved to be the most befitting in all respects, spiritually as well as, materially. On one hand, there is belief in and worship of One God Who is really the Creator, Cherisher and Sustainer of all, and, on the other, the wealth is kept in free circulation for the use by and benefit of all, and all are allowed to have equal opportunities of acquiring, keeping and making use ...read more
Dr. Abdul Hai Arfi Rahmatullah alaih was a great muslim scholar, a khalifa of HazratAshraf Ali Thanvi Rahmatullah aliah. His famous book in urdu Uswa-e-Rasool-e-Akram has sold out many editions in past three decades. Various English translations of this book have also been selling in the market, This is a new translation by Hasan Akhtar. In this translation the translator has tried to capture the spirit at the same time softening the language and making it more acceptable to the English language readers. It appears he has been successful in his endeavor.
"If it could be demonstrated that any complex organ existed, which could not possibly have been formed by numerous, successive, slight modifications, my theory would absolutely break down."
so wrote Charles Darwin in The Origin of Species, where he made his theory of evolution public. The theory applied materialist philosophy to nature and challenged the consensus that life on earth is the artifact of the Creator. During the following 150 years, many in the scientific community assumed that Darwin had almost accomplished this task. today, science demonstrates that they were mistaken. Findings in the last two decades done have shattered the basis of the theory. Key branches of science, such as paleontology, biochemistry, population genetics, comparative anatomy, and biophysics, indicate one after another that natural laws and chance effects proposed by the theory cannot explain the origin of life. Life turns out to be infinitely more complex than Darwin imagined in his time demonstrating that his theory has absolutely "broken down."
