Nationalism, Secularism, Democracy or Islam. What is the correct manhajj (Methodology) many people believe that the only way to bring back the glory of Islam is by Nationalism some believe it is Secularism and others believe it is Democracy. He goes into detail Why Democracy is the greatest Shirk, in-fact democracy is a religion and a system that uses the concept of liberalism, evil desire (huwa), dictatorship to name just a few. He uses eveidences from the Qur'an and Sunnah to nulify these false concepts that people believe. Allah says:
"Do they then seek the judgement of (the Days of) Ignorance? And who is better in judgement than Allah for a people who have firm Faith." (Q5:50)
"Is not Allah the Best of judges?" (Q95:8)
"And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafiroon." (5:44)
The Sheikh gives outlines the Islamic prespective of Death. Such an important topic because death is something which every soul will taste. But the question is have we prepared ourself. No one knows when we will die. The Sheikh outlines the Islamic behaviour one should adopts at the time of death, the signs of a good death, the rights of the dead, is it permissible to go to the janazah of a kafir? Etc. Allah says
"Everyone will taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception (a deceiving thing) (Q3:165)
Love and Hate for the sake of Allah (Al Wala Wal Bara) is one of the condition of the shahadah and without this principle your shahadah is not complete. The reason why the sahabahs (ra) was successful is they practise this to the letter and we muslims have forgotten about the important principle which has lead to our downfall and the kufar having the upper hands over us. Anyone who revises this principle is hated by everyone. This lecture was revised after 9/11 and includes the fatwa of Shiekh Hammoud Al-Uqlaa Ash-Shuaybi (Arabia Peninsula). Allah says:
"…And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion (Islamic Monotheism) if they can…" (2:217)
