PROLOGUE It was my wife's idea to write a book on the subject of Holy Prophet's (PBUH) diet and eating habits. I agreed with her because to our knowledge there was no such book available in English language. The idea excited me so much that I asked her to allow me to work on the project with which she very kindly agreed and I am really thankful to her. Those who truly love Allah and His Prophet (PBUH), try to ensure that they lead their lives in accordance with Quran and Sunnah. Some love the prophet (PBUH) so much that they can alter their nature and begin to like things that they did not like before. This is next to impossible so far as food is concerned. But consider the following hadith: I was a young boy when I once was walking with Allah's Messenger (PBUH). Allah's Messenger (PBUH) entered the house of his slave tailor and the latter brought a dish filled with food covered with pieces of gourd. Allah's Messenger (PBUH) started picking and eating the gourd. When I saw that, I started collecting and placing the gourd before him. Then the slave returned to his work. Anas added: I have kept on loving gourd since I saw Allah's Messenger (PBUH) doing what he was doing. Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.346 Narrated by Anas Ants Bin Mailik only observed that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) loved gourd and he started loving the gourd ever since. This is true love.

Overview According to the Roman Christian calendar, 15th July 1999 marked the 900th anniversary when Crusaders first captured Jerusalem and slaughtered up to 70,000 Muslims i.e. over four and half centuries after Jerusalem had first fallen to the Muslims without a single loss of life'. There has never been a religion in the annals of the world with such a bloody record as Christianity. Many of the murdering Crusaders were Norman's from Normandy in Northern France. One of the Crusaders was William the Conqueror's eldest son, Robert Courthouse - a Norman who took a British contingent with him to the Holy Land where he led assaults on Antics and Jerusalem 3. After sacking Jerusalem in July 1099 CE, Robert's commanders offered to make him the king of Jerusalem, but he declined the nomination to get back to England. William's son-in-law, Count Stephen of Blows was killed in the Holy Lands. However, Muslims were not the first victims of Christian and Normanterrorism. The first victims were the English / British in 1066 CE i.e. 29 years before the First Crusade, when Pope Alexander 2"dexcommunicated king Harold of England and gave papal blessing to Duke William of Normandy, to invade and subjugate England, and tax the English until Doomsday. Design, in brief, means a harmonious assembling of various parts in an orderly form designed for a common goal. Going by this definition, one has no difficulty in guessing that a car is a design. This is because there is a certain goal, which is to transport people and cargo. In realisation of this goal, various parts such as the engine, tires and body are planned and assembled in a factory. However, what about living creatures? Can a bird and the mechanics of its flight be a design as well? Before giving an answer, let us repeat the evaluation we did in the example of the car. The goal, in this case, is to fly. For this purpose, hollow, light-weighted bines and the strong breast muscles that move these bones are utilised together with feathers capable of motabolism is in tune with the bird's need for high levels of energy.
