A compilation of two books published separately i.e.. Fazail-E-Sadagaat and Fazail-E-Hajj, originally written in Urdu by prominent scholar, Maulana Mohammad Zakariyya Kandhalvi (Rah.) and translated into English by Prof.'Abdul Karim and Maulana Yousuf Karaan. The first book is related to Charity Sadaqaat, the author clarifies many aspects of charity in the name of Allah, which is the best investment according to the Holy Qur'an and Ahadeeth. It also includes the virtues and rewards of spending in Allah's cause, asceticism, condemnation of miserliness, contentment and avoidance of begging with exemplary related stories of pious personages. The second book is about the manners and performance of Hajj, one of the five fundamental duties of a Muslim.The author clarifies in a very simple language, the virtues, advantages and comforts of Hajj and also the condemnation and warning for failing to perform Hajj.

Then we talk about justice, everybody shares essentially the same basic concepts, and these are accepted by the majority of people right away. This justice will include people from all walks of life, with no discrimination " between them. It will allocate resources fairly among people, without taking their race, religion and language into consideration and will aim to create a world in which the superior is the one who is right, not the powerful. What often distances people from justice is their rejection of it. They may concur in principle, but they reject it when it conflicts with their own interests. For due administration of justice over the world, a morality which will enable people to set aside their personal benefits for the sake of justice is needed. This morality is the values of the Qur'an which God commands and instructs us with in the Qur'an. That is because the values of the Qur'an command an absolute justice that makes no discrimination between people, that sides only with what is true and just. Justice that is carried out with the fear of God and with the sole intention of earning God's approval is true justice. This form of justice makes no discrimination between people. The purpose of this book is to describe the justice in the Qur'an.

Islam has clearly defined the limits of human conduct and behaviour and taken strong measures to safeguard the chastity, modesty and integrity of it's individuals, particularly women. Just as men have duties that are not binding upon women... such as praying in congregation, providing for one's family, fighting in the way of Allah, etc.; women have duties that are not binding upon men.... such as wearing Hijab, raising children while the men are gone out to work, etc. This involves nothing more than a distribution of duties. Sayyed 'Abdu'l-Hayy al-Hasani (1286-1341 AH/1869-1923CE) was one of the most prominent Islamic scholars of his time, who contributed substantially to the academic history of Muslim India. In 1915, he was appointed Rector of Darul `Uloom Nadwatul-`Ulama Lucknow where he continued to serve it until he breathed his last in 1923.
