We request you contact your local sorting office to enquire after the parcel as your package may not have fit through your letterbox. Usually, the postman will leave a card, however in this case he may have forgotten and returned the package to the sorting office.
To find out the telephone no. of your local sorting office please ring : 08457 740 740 and then do not select any options, eventually a real person will answer your call. Then ask them the location and tel. no. of your local sorting office. Armed with this number you can then call and enquire if they are holding any parcels addressed to yourself.
Please advise us of the outcome of your enquiry, inshallah if the parcel has been lost then we will replace the items without any cost to yourself, however we would appreciate your assitance in attempting to trace the parcel before we reach this stage.
