how to make mehendi paste with naghma dulhan mehendi powder?please reply me the steps

Salaams, Hope you can help. I recently applied a cone of Naghma mehndi to my hand. After about half an hour or so the mehndi absorbed into my skin and I didn't need to wash it off - it just dried by itself, and left a dark red pattern on my hand. Is this mehndi the same as the one I've applied? Jazak'Allah for your help, Salma

There are all similar, to make it darker on the skin you need to leave it on the hand longer before washing it off.
