hi i ordered this afurqan ipod a few months ago, but i found something better fo i want to return mine how can i do this? it is still brand new in the box i havent even took the plastic off of it... |

are the recitations in arabic then english translation or is it in arabic with just english translation displayed on the screen.
is it an actual ipod or a copy? |

It is not an iPod. This particular digital Quran does not recite the English translation. For that you would need the iPalm Digital Quran, which we also sell. |

Assalamo Alaikum
I have purchased this product and speaker has stopped working, the battery keeps loosing energy when off (have broken the charger) and the screen has cracked.
Ive already asked this question but was misunderstood.
Can you please give me the details of how much a new screen and battery cost, as the rest of the faults are with the product.
Btw didnt get the 10 dvd bundle when i asked for it the cd was blank.
