Assalamualaykum,
I really like the idea of the digital quran and the practicality of it and would like to purchase one for myself and as an aid to my boys who are learning Quraan currently.
I'm finding it really difficult in making a choice as to which is going to be the most reliable make and model and reading the reviews hasnt really swayed me to any one product either.
A bookmark feature would be a time saver and also the repeat feature is something that I do need to serve the purpose. I want it to be robust and dont mind spending a bit extra with the knowledge that it is a good product which won't be replaced anytime soon with another updated version. Could you possibly recommend any for me based on your knowledge and experience of the products and the criteria that I have stated? JazakAllah Khair |

We are quite happy with the EQ300, although it is not at the cutting edge of technology, it does perform its tasks quite reliably and it certainly is robust as it is quite reassuring weighty in the hand.
The software is good and the interface intuitive. The display and font are also also of the highest quality. The manufacturer also has a good reputation for reliability and customer service. Overall on balance and your requirement in mind we would strongly recommend the EQ300 |

1. Does this display the arabic on screen (in any font) as the audio arabic is playing? I.e are they synchnorised? Are all 5 recitations synchnorised to any of the font arabic on screen?
2. Is it possible to navigate to any Surah and any Ayat quickly?
3. Does this comes with headphones?
4. Does it have bookmarks?
5. If you pause it/swtich it off, will it continue from where you stopped it?
6. Finally, does it let you repeat a particular ayat multiple times (to help memorisation)? |

Yes, all digital quran recitations are synchronised with the on-screen text. Again, all digital Qurans are setup to allow you quick access to any surah / verse. All digital qurans are supplied with headphones.
There is no mention of bookmark feature, and it does not resume from the screen it was switched off from. There is no repeat function.

I am interested in the following product Digital Quran (EQ300) ....however my question is does this product have a repeat function? reapeating a ayyat i.e if i was memorising the first 5 ayyats of a surah do i have the option to have the reciter repeat these 5 ayyats continously? |

I don't see any repeat function on this model, but it is available on the iPalm Digital Quran. The repeat function repeats only the current ayat, upto a user specified number of times (upto 9 times) |
