I was thinking of purchasing one of the Ayet ul Kursi pendants, but I do have one question: Could you tell me please if the water in this pendant actually originated from the well in the Masjid al-Haram? The reason I ask is I understand that by Saudi law no water from the original well can be sold outside the country. I see some other customers have asked this question in previous years, but I wonder at this point if you could guarantee with certainlty that this is genuine Zam Zam water. I mean no disrespect, buI I would like to be assured I am purchasing an authentc product. Also, would this pendant be appropriate for men and women alike? |

Yes, this item can be worn by male or females. In regards to the authenticity of the water contained being Zam Zam, then we are assured by the manufacturers that it is. I cannot see availability of the water being an issue as to a reason why they would not contain the actual water.
1. only a very small amount is used
2. I have seen Zam zam water being sold in the UK, I am sure it is much easier to buy in the country where this product was made
3. I have personally seen gallons and gallons ow Zam Zam water leave Saudia Arabia on my flight back from the Saudia Arabia. |

Assalamualaikum
The Sunnah states that a man can only where a silver ring 5 grams in weight and no other metal is permissible also the jewellery with quranic verses must be mukrooh al tahrimi as the wearer will not necessarily be removing it when entering unclean places. Did the prophet peace be upon him not say on seeing a believer wearing a steel ring that this is the adournment of the people of the fire. I also believe that this ruling applies to woman with the exception that they can wear gold of course. |

Firstly apologies for this situation. We are well aware that it is an inconvenience and Internet shopping should be all about convenience! However, with your cooperation we hope we can resolve this matter as painlessly as possible.
Unfortunately, as 'standard airmail' was selected there is no way to track this parcel.
From our experience any one of following scenarios may apply to your order.
1. The parcel could be held up in customs (which is not unusual)
2. The parcel maybe lying at your local sorting office after a failed delivery to your residence. Because of this it would be prudent to check with the post office in case the parcel is waiting for you.
After 30 days, inshallah, we will despatch a replacement order, but would appreciate any efforts that you could make to recover the parcel. |
