I've heard some specific statements from many different people and I would like to verify them... Unfortunately these people were not knowledgeable enough to give me references from the Qur'aan or the Hadeeth books.
Could you please confirm whether the following statements are sound? If so, what is the source? i.e. which Hadeeth book(s) are they from - the references?
1) Noor-e-Muhammadiyya ?
\nAllaah created Noor-e-Muhammadiyya (the light of Muhammad (pbuh)) before all other creation ?

\n2) If not for Muhammad (pbuh), Allaah would not have created the world ?
> Allaah created Noor-e-Muhammadiyya (the light of Muhammad (pbuh)) before all other creation ? Does that support the belief some groups hold that the prophet (pbuh) is literally light and not human being?

dear sir we have been hearing the comments of dr tahirul qadri from pakistan on qtv in which he qoutes from the hadith claiming to be from bukhari sharief.he does not mention the pages or chapter. in the refered speech he mentions yazeed's attack on karbala was predicted by the holy prophet(saw) and also that he was ot present in the first lashkar who attacked istanbul(referred as costantunia). also hadith qouted by abu hurraira saying that the holy prophet (saw) had mentioned that young boys would rule the ummah in 10 hijri referring toward the rule of yazeed. |

it is worthmentioning here that all type of litratue regarding religion other than Islamic litratue is available / accessable on the internet for enhancing the knowledge. but the Islamic litrate except Quran Pak, is not free accessible on internet. It is worth mentioning here that Quran Majeed with all types of translations is available in every house of muslims. Books of Fiqa, Hadiths (Bukhari, Muslim, etc) and litratue of Muslims scholers is not accessible on the internet free of cost. To vew or access the litratre, user have to pay something or have to by this.
Why?
Beside this every Muslim want to spread the Islam all over the world.

my father have totally 11 acres of land, the cost price of this land is 44 lakhs. out of this 11acres of lands my father has given to my sister at the time of her marriage in dowry. and one house, which cost is 25 lakhs and one plot which cost is 6 lakhs. we are 4 brothers and one sister. Aggregate the total cost of his properties is 75 lakhs.
in sharie point of, i need your advice how to share this property in all of us.

THERE IS A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO SAY THAT IN QURAN THERE IS NO DETAILS ABOUT NAMAZ (PRAYER).
THEY PUT FORWARD FOLLOWING QUESTIONS IN THIS REGARD:-
1) HOW IT IS TO PERFROM? AND WHAT WE SHOULD READ IN NAMAZ?
2) HOW MANY NUMBER OF RAKATS IN EACH NAMAZ ? (FERZ, SUNNAT, NAFAL, VITAR)
3) WHAT ARE THE TIMEINGS OF NAMAZ AND HOW ARE THEY ADJUSTED?
4) QURAN IS A COMPLETE BOOK WHICH DESCRIBES ALL ASPECTS OF ISLAM/HUMAN LIFE/ RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS,NEIGHBOURS/ WAYS OF LIVING IN THIS WORLD/WAYS OF DOING BUSINESS EACH & EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE. THEN WHY THIS MAIN ASPECT IS MISSING ?
5) DETAIL OF ALL OTHER THAN PRAYER i.e. ROZA, ZAKAT, HAJJ, JEHAD IS FOUND IN QURAN? THEN WHY COMMANDS ABOUT PRAYER IS NOT DESCRIBED IN THIS HOLY BOOK.
6) IT IS ONLY A STORY WHICH IS ABOUT GIFTING OF NAMAZ TO MUHAMMAD (P.B.U.H) IN WHICH IT IS SAID THAT WHEN NAMAZ WAS GIFTED TO MUHAMMAD AT THE TIME OF MIRAJ, ANOTHER MESSENGER SAID THAT THESE 50 PRAYERS COULD NOT BE PERFORMED BY THE PEOPLE. GO BACK TO ALLAH AND REQUEST FOR REDUCTION AND 9 TIMES RASOOL WENT BACK TO ALLAH FOR REDUCTION AND IN LAST HE SAYS THAT I FEEL ASHAME THIS TIME AND ALLAH SAID THAT EVEN REDUCTION IN NAMAZ FROM 50 TO 5 ZAWAB WILL REMAIN OF 50.
ACCORDING TO ABOVE DESCRIPTION THEY SAY THAT THERE IS NO NAMAZ IN ISLAM AND THE MEANING OF (SALAT) IN QURAN IS NIZAM (SYSTEM OF ALLAH) INSTEAD OF NAMAZ WHICH IS TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN THIS WORLD.
PLEASE ANSWER IN DETAIL BECAUSE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE GETTING INVOLVED IN THIS.
MOREOVER ALSO DESCRIBE THE REALTIY OF SHAB-E-BARAT. IS THERE IS ANY DETAIL IN QURAN.
ABOVE PEOPLE SAYS THAT NOTHING CAN BE AGAINST THE QURAN WHICH IS COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECT AND RASOOL HAD SAID THAT HE DID AND SAY EACH AND EVERYTHING WITH THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH SO THESE HADITH ARE AGAINST THE QURAN.

1) Is Sharia given permisiion to us to keep money in Fixed depost at any period of term ?/ in Banks & also permit us take the Intrerest on that amount ??
2) Same as our own money kept in banks & themself provide us Interest which we dont demand from them . is it wright to take that money ??
3 ) Person working in any goverment or private organization , Providednnt fund facility is being provided to the employee . How the employee will pay zakat on provident fund amount as the amount is only rtn to the employee as he retires , resigns or on his death . How do he calulate the amount of zakat on his provident fund amount ??
