Directions for Use
Adults and children over 15 years: 2 Capsules a day after meals.
Children aged 5-15 years: 1 Capsule a day after meals or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C. Protect from moisture and light. Use within 3 months of opening.

They could be ok for others but they were very havy for my stomac, i had very stronge pain 3 times i then understood it was to do with capsules.
I tryed to take one a day , that was better but still coming up for few hours. Pregnant women i don't think its a good idea because black seed oil its diffivult to digest but mashallah for some others maybe not be a problem.

Yes, the capsules are made from Halal gelatine. I am not qualified to answer if they are safe for pregnant/breastfeeding, but in my unprofessional opinon, I would assume that they are. |
