Asalam aleikum I bought a DVD (Lets pray) and it couldn'nt play the message which came was ''this DVD cannot play in your region. I returned and I was refunded my money but my aim was not to be refunded. Can you explain to me why the DVD did not play? And why another one was not delivred instead of a refund. Maaslsm |

The DVDs are purchased from the US, but are supposed to be multi-region, however, we have found that some UK players are not playing the DVDs, therefore a refund was made. |
