Beside Arabic the name of the surah should also be in English for non Arabic speaking and reading customer . |

This is a box set DVD collection of Qur'an recitation. My favourite reciters beutifully recite the Qur'an and it is followable on screen. Im trying to learn more Qur'an and I have found this to be a valuable tool. However all the instructions and menu's are in arabic, so i found it hard to get around. So you'll just have to play around a bit. None the less a very good purchase. |

It is a pleasure to have owned this DVD collection during Ramadhaan, alhamduliLah. It helps greatly to be able to at least transliterate Arabic because the interface is only in Arabic and there is no adjacent or subtitled English for the Ayat that display as it is also recited.
It's wonderfully uplifting to play while just doing housework or whatever around your dwelling- may we recieve blessing(s) from this, insha Allah!
...also you can skip around al-Quraan as well so it call help with memorization as well! |

If you read the comments/reviews of the item you will learn that this is just an Arabic recitation with just Arabic script. There are approx. 3 lines of text on the screen at anyone time so it is very easy to follow. There is also a link to a demo of the screen in the product comments |

Is there any way that I can see what it means "The qur’an written in othmanic text " because I am from Bosnia and we used to read Qur'an by last edition which is arabic version. This version includes every rule of tajweed written in the text. Also this version is used in Hareem in Mecca. Is it the same version that you will send me if I would buy it? Doesn't turning off the volume of my TV mean that the recitation is only silenced but it's still on & the scrip is syncronised with the recitation of the reciter & when the reciter reaches the END of the shown scripts the page will automatically change to the next one. & if that is the case then it would be difficult for someone like me who wants READ the Qur'an in my own pace on my tv. Is there a way to turn off the synconisation & let the scripts stay there on the screen as long as u wished & go to the next page when you are finsihed with the current one???

U stated on the website that the QURANIC SCRIPT is shown on the screen in small portions-3lines @ a time. How about if one wants to READ the QURAN & not listen to the recitation. Is there a way to see a WHOLE PAGE of the Qur'an similer to that of the "UTHMANIC MEDINA MUSHAF".
