This book has also been purchased so that I can set up a book club inviting women around for a cuppa & a discussion on a section each week. I already attend a book club & wanted to set up my own.
The book has brought many emotions (especially tears) as it touches the sensitive issues of being sad & feeling alone, dealing with depression, anxiety & stress. An inspirational & very beautiful book to own & share. |

Fantastic Book!!!
Its easy to get caught up in the cycle of unhappiness, stress and anxiety but this book is brilliant at helping us appreciate what we have and providing motivation to appreciate the positives.

This is another wonderful book by Qarni which I keep on my bedside table. I pick it up whenever I'm feeling down or overcome by life's adversities- it's simple everyday language and examples very quickly help me to realise that these adversities are trivial or are trials which I need to overcome by drawing on strengths from within myself. It is a book that I have enjoyed giving as a gift to several loved ones. I recommend it highly. |

This is mashallah one of the best Islamic books I have read. There are about 450 pages dedicated to making you feel good about life, just as the title says, "don't be sad". I would strongly advise that you buy this book, it is bound to make you feel better at times when you are feeling low. Such a great investment, alhamdulillah:) |

Westerners and many non muslim people in my country are labelling Islam as a religion of violence due to actions of our certain muslim militant groups in Afganistan, Iraq and Palestine.
Especially in Iraq after invasion of the american forces, some militant groups started kidnapping own countrymen and non muslims and executing them by beheading accusing them as spies or agents of America.Further more the Iraqi militant has divided themselves as shia and sunni and are fighting and killing each other instead of fighting the common enemy of muslims.ere any
Is there any justification in killing among our selves and innocent non muslims?
Why is that the islamic clerics, ulemas religious leaders are not guiding these militants and discourage this type of negative activities.
After all Islam means peace.
