I personally bought this clock due to the Azan i saw in the advertisement.However,I was disappointed about this clock .There was no instructions on how to use it,it is not calling the Azan five times a day,it is not stopping automatically you have to stop it manually.
Please,try to get the type of Azan clocks that can automatically detect the prayer timings of the area the person is living for five times a day.That would be helpful for the family in the house particularly in the western world where no Azan calls could be heard.

The clock was shipped in time for Christmas -which is gret - but it arrived damaged. I am not very upset by this since it did have to travel a very big distance. I would order products from this site again. |

It should work just like a normal alarm clock, the yellow had denotes the time of the alarm setting. If this is not the case then it may be faulty and we will replace. |

In regards to current UK book, CD, DVD and tapes stock we have a regular re-order cycle of approx. 3-4 weeks, or quicker if it is a popular item. On other items it can very dramtically. Many of our artefacts are imported from overseas and so may take upto 3-4 months to be re-stocked. Therefore in most cases we suggest you order an alternative item.

Yes, the Azaan (call to prayer) for the morning prayer is slightly different to the other 4 calls to prayers in the day. It has the additional line "prayer is better than sleep" |

I ordered the Mosque call to prayer alarm clock and received it yesterday. It is a huge disappointment. The battery case won't open without breaking because it was put in upside down. It is broken and extremely poorly made in China of cheap plastic. I would like to get my money back. How do I go about doing that?

This Azan clock is not set for 5 times prayer. You have to set this as regular Azan clock alarma that ring once the time you set but instead of beep it sound Azan. |
