Compass for finding Qiblah. In plastic wallet with worldwide reference guide.
How to use:
Please ensure that moving part rotates on its axis freely. Then place on the floor away from any metallic objects and wait for it to settle. Then slowly turn until the red arrow points to the desired no. of your town as detailed in the manual. Once the arrow settles on the number, the printed minaret points to the qibla, inshallah.

The compas is easy to use, coud have been better glue betwen wallet and compas. this is however easy to fix with super glue. |

When I receive it I'll let you know how we like it. It was not included in my order and I have been asking to have it replaced to no avail for about 6 wks. Sure would like to know what it's like. |

Excellent - just what i was looking for. Very easy to use. Essential for all muslims whether living in a non-muslim or a muslim country because we will always need to know the qibla!! |

This was a free gift for ordering from outside the UK. It is very useful, especially since we recently moved from the Atlantic coast to the Northern Plains States in the US. We were able to verify the qibla direction with no problem -- but you must read the directions! |

Salamun alaikum! The compass was useful! Now, whenever we went on holidays, ma dad won't be looking at the sun nomore to pridict the kiblah and argues about the direction (hehe), coz i always bring the compass with me. |

Please follow the instructions in the details of this product. If you know where North is in your house - check google maps - then in the UK the Kaabah is South East and so this will give you an idea if the compass is performing correctly or not. |

i bought this last year so that i knew i had it at home, however i didn't check whether it worked as we had the prayer mat with the compass already. i recently gave it to a friend to use however she told me that she couldn't understand it. basically what happened is that which ever way she placed the compass it came up with the same reading, so she couldn't tell which way was facing qibla. does the compass not work after a while or something? or is mine just faulty?!? |

Please note that the needle should stay in the same direction as you move the wallet. Please turn the wallet until the needle rests on the corresponding no. for your city as detailed in the instruction manual. The direction of the Minaret printed on the outside of the compass is the direction you will pray. Otherwise it may be faulty, or it may be the needle has been slightly dislodged from the fulrum. Please tap it so that it swings freely. |
