How do I get started?

Convert your existing simplyislam.com account to include dropshipping services by clicking the MY SIMPLYISLAM link located in the footer of all our pages and click EDIT PROFILE and fill in the appropriate fields.

Or just sign-up as a new user and fill in the appropriate fields.

Once we have verified your web page or ebay account as displaying some of our goods we will then issue you with a unique drop ship code that you will use to apply your discount when placing any orders you receive, inshallah.

We will then despatch the order directly to your customer without any of our labels or logos.

How do I know how much postage to charge the customer? (without adding items to basket and going to checkout)
We state the weight of each product on our website

How do I know the items will be in stock? (without checking your website every day)
Currently we are only offering D&D products for this exact reason - we don't have a mechanism to allow you to check the items you have listed. We have lots of stock of D&D products (apart from the large canvas Wall art), so stock wise there should be no problem.

How do I place the order? Do I do it as I would myself, then change the delivery address?
Yes, place any orders you receive yourself on the website, being a dropshipper you are allowed to change the delivery address during checkout.

Will you include a thank you / compliment slip or will the item just be sent on its own?
At the present moment, we will just send the order without any of our branding

How do I receive my commission earnt?
You will receive immediately as your customer has already paid you, and you will pay for the goods immediately on simplyislam.com. The discount you will receive from us will be your profit

How long will it take to despatch items once ordered?
We despatch every other day, but daily during busy periods like Ramadan

What happens if items are lost or damaged?
Simplyislam.com will be responsible for lost of damaged items, inshallah
