of Sami Yusuf's long-awaited third album; "Without You". The Album was
released without fanfare in March 2009 and was very shortly followed by a
statement from Sami Yusuf describing the album as an unauthorised release.

We, simplyislam.com, only became aware of the situation after purchasing
stock from Awakening and have now beeen told by Sami Yusuf to remove the CD
from our online catalogue. This situation could take months or years to
resolve as it is now with the courts. Therefore in order to release the
funds we have in our stock of approx. 100 CDs we are clearing them through
