rating: review by: K	Excellent product but so hard to find (they always seem to be out of stock). What's more important is that the capsules are gelatin (pig free). I confirmed this with the manufacturer. What many Muslims (and non Muslims) don't know is that many supplements in the UK, Europe and North America are made with gelatin (swine) capsules. Although this trend does seem to be changing. So, if you are taking a fish oil or another supplement, read the ingredient label! Shafi addresses this with "Vega" capsules. I believe this makes them cost a little more, but they are worth it. I just wish Shafi products were more readily available. It always seems the cod liver oil and honey black seed products are out of stock (here and elsewhere). Excellent product however, and anyone who is not taking Black Seed should read the Hadith about it.
